All the goodness of a smoothie but you eat it with a spoon. Cool, creamy & delicious!

- 1 cup frozen fruit (preferably berries)
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid (start with ½ and add as needed)
- 3/4 to 1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbsp nut or seed butter
- 4-5 ice cubes
Optional Toppings
Cacao nibsUnsweetened coconut
