Berry Smoothie Bowl

All the goodness of a smoothie but you eat it with a spoon. Cool, creamy & delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (preferably berries)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid (start with ½ and add as needed)
  • 3/4 to 1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in blender, pulse then blend to desired thickness.  Put mixture in bowl, sprinkle with your favourite flavours and ENJOY!

Optional Toppings

  • Cacao nibs
    Unsweetened coconut
