Immune Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cooked, cooled sweet potato
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric (ground - for best absorption use Turmeric that has black pepper in it)
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • 3/4 tsp Ginger (ground)
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cashew or Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 Mandarin orange (peeled)
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or ½ - 1 tsp of Organic Stevia
  • 20 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency. Pour into glass and enjoy!
