Overnight Strawberry Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup 5 minute oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20-25grams)
  • 3/4 cup water (you can add more depending on consistency you like)
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia (optional)
  • 6-8 strawberries (sliced)

Optional Toppings

  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs
  • Sprinkle of unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients except strawberries. Cover and store in fridge overnight.
  • In the morning remove from the fridge, stir and add water a little at a time to get desired consistency (if you enjoy your oats warm, heat for 60 seconds in the microwave then assemble).
  • In 250 ml mason jar place ½ of the oat mixture then layer with ½ strawberries. Repeat until ingredients are used up. Sprinkle with optional toppings.
