In a bowl mix together all ingredients except strawberries. Cover and store in fridge overnight.
In the morning remove from the fridge, stir and add water a little at a time to get desired consistency (if you enjoy your oats warm, heat for 60 seconds in the microwave then assemble).
In 250 ml mason jar place ½ of the oat mixture then layer with ½ strawberries. Repeat until ingredients are used up. Sprinkle with optional toppings.
