Preheat oven to 350-370 degrees.
In a bowl or shaker cup mix together egg and almond milk. Transfer to a flat dish with sides.
In a small bowl add together flour and spices. Blend until thoroughly mixed together.
Blend crackers and flour mixture together and put in a separate flat dish.
Take one chicken breast and dip in liquid mixture. Let soak for one minute. Transfer to dry mixture and thoroughly coat both sides. Repeat until all chicken is coated.
Put butter on stainless steel baking sheet and set in oven until melted. Take out of oven and place chicken on sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes and turn.
Serve with quinoa, brown rice or sweet potato and vegetables of your choice.
