I like mine fairly thick and creamy ( think super thick Greek yogurt)
If you want, you can add some almond milk to it to thin it out.

Overnight Organic Pumpkin Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic coconut milk
- 1 cup organic pumpkin purée
- 1.5 cups oats
- Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon nutmeg to taste
- 2 tbsps organic maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix thoroughly together and our 1 cup per small mason jar
- * optional sprinkle hemp hears on top of each one
- *mix your favourite protein powder in each one to add protein
- Add a bit of fruit on top
- Yields 4 small mason jars 3/4 cup-1cup
