Note: sometimes in our over-zealous nature we want to race ahead before we’ve thoroughly completed each week’s lessons. I don’t recommend this! Jumping ahead will hamper your results and not allow you to fully integrate and practice the eating, training and lifestyle lessons to their fullest! Trust the process, trust yourself, and take the allotted time to complete each phase, ok?
