This multi faceted workout looks deceptively simple, with only 2 dumbbells, but don’t let that fool you. There are 4 complexes that focus on building power, shaping, core and conditioning. Prepare to work up a good sweat in this one! This is best suited for intermediate to advanced athletes, but even beginners can perform the moves and progress as they get stronger and more coordinated. Aim for 3 days a week.
