This at home MET (metabolic enhancement training) program uses minimal equipment – 2 DB’s, med ball, bench (or platform) and your own body – performed in 4 quad plexes (4 exercises strong together) to truly hit the body’s metabolism and musculature. It provides both beginner and advanced levels of training, depending on your experience. Note: there are 16 exercises in total, so beginners can start with one round, and intermediates to advanced can go to 2, even 3 rounds! Don’t let the minimal equipment fool you…this is a full-on, one-stop shaping and fat melting program! Aim for 3 days a week.
