Fall into Fitness

This Upper / Lower 3 day split in gym routine featuring the power of straight sets, and starting with a nice kettlebell warm up. As with all our seasonal workouts, they fall in sync with the body’s natural circadian rhythms, which build health and healing from deep within. Throw in a few supersets, and some abs and glutes (always!) and we have a nice, tight workout to tonify and sharpen the physique. It includes our Zen of Healthy Eating in Fall, which is the Wood element. Eating and training in tune with the changing seasons remain the cornerstone of Karen’s philosophies and success.
