2 Dumbbell Carve and Slice Workout

Choose the full body version or upper / lower body split in this versatile and fun workout that can be done at home or in a gym. All you need are some dumbbells and a good bench! It’s recommended the client have at least 3 different DB weights depending on experience, from 8-10 pounds to 20-25 pounds. It’s all outlined for you in the workout card! Move at your own level and within your own lifting experience, it’s great for beginners all the way up!
