Crossfit MET Tabata

We take Crossfit and simplify so you can do it at home with minimal equipment – a barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell and med ball – then we put it to music (Tabata…fun!). It’s a full body, 8-move workout that will have you sweating and enjoying multidirectional moves to enhance flexibility, strength, coordination and awesome tone! Aim for 3 days a week.
